Founder of Qonun.ai · Electric vehicle engineering
Javokhir Sadullaev (Javoxir Sadullayev, Жавохир Садуллаев) is a young engineer and tech entrepreneur from Uzbekistan and the founder of Qonun.ai, an AI-powered legal assistant. He studies electric vehicle engineering at Tashkent State Transport University.
His work brings together two fields: the transport of the future — electric vehicles, charging infrastructure and railways — and digital services that make complex systems understandable for ordinary people. His guiding principle: technology should be useful in everyday life, not just in the lab.

Education
Tashkent State Transport University — Electric vehicle engineering, bachelor's degree (since 2023).
The program covers electric vehicle design, traction drives, battery packs and battery management systems (BMS), charging technologies and the energy efficiency of transport. This engineering background underpins his work on ZaryadPro, SmartRail and his own electric car.
Projects
Qonun.ai
Live · founderAn AI legal assistant built on the legislation of Uzbekistan. People describe their problem in plain language, by text or voice, and the system answers with reference to the current article of law on Lex.uz and drafts the application or contract they need.
- Around a thousand professional legal document templates.
- Contract review, deadline tracking and voice Q&A.
- Website, Telegram, Android and iOS apps — one account.
ZaryadPro
EV charging platformA platform that brings every electric vehicle charging station into a single app. Today each operator has its own app, so drivers have to keep several on their phone and hunt for a free charger by guesswork. ZaryadPro solves that.
- Stations from different operators on one map.
- Filter by connector — GB/T, Type 2, CCS2 — and power (AC or DC fast charging).
- Live availability and advance booking.
- Route planning that accounts for remaining battery range.
- Charging payments and spending history in one place.
SmartRail
Smart railway systemA project to digitize rail transport. The goal is to gather data on train movements, passenger flows and infrastructure condition into one system and make it ready for fast operational decisions.
- Real-time train tracking and early delay warnings.
- Accurate timetable, seat and route information for passengers.
- Condition monitoring of rolling stock and track.
New electric car
In designAn electric car concept adapted to Uzbekistan. The design is based on the local climate — hot summers and cold winters — and the demands of daily city driving.
- Thermal management that protects battery life in hot weather.
- A connector and charging system compatible with the local charging network.
- Energy efficiency for everyday urban commuting.
